Breathtaking and eerie. Do I understand the astrophysics language to mean that audio clip is the sound of a star getting absorbed by a black hole? My neck did feel it, then other parts. Oddly powerful sound in a grand essay.

Hi, Tara. The description of the audio clip on MIT's site says, "Initially circular orbit, into rapidly spinning black hole." So, I think it might be any type of space matter that's getting sucked into the black hole. It is eerie and just an example of "we don't know, what we don't know" about our world. Thank you for saying my essay is grand. Your comment is very meaningful.
